I got my 10 addresses on the #postcrossing site early this morning
And now I found out that I didn’t think that the stack of ordered cards for this day was too thick! «Pineapple print» surprised me VERY much by printing 16 postcards instead of 10!
Actually, my very first order in this printing house was made a little more than a year ago, I ordered urgent printing of 10 postcards for #WPD 2023, but the cardboard I chose suddenly ran out and my cards would have been ready only on October 2. Which didn’t suit me at all.
And then ananasovtsy proved to be an extremely customer-oriented company. What you don’t think right away, knowing that you can only come to the printing house on a weekday and even during very working hours. That is, people who also work in the standard mode in the office can’t get to the printing house if you are not on vacation. they have such an option as «pick up the order by pickup on Saturday 2-3 hours a day». Because this will definitely increase customer loyalty and their number.
So, my very first order was also «50 postcards instead of 10», but there it is clear why so: I paid for 10 pcs. for urgency, about the same amount as the cost of 50 pcs. with the usual print time. And in general, the number is logical, because the standard print runs are 10/50/100/200/300/400/500 (by the way, just now I noticed that not only any size, in addition to the standard ones, but also the number of postcards can actually be chosen independently almost any, blind chicken 😁). But 16? If we take into account that the other postcards that were ordered at the same time as these ones fully correspond to all the specified parameters, then I am generally at a loss as to what it was. Is it really the printing house that still apologizes for the very first epic failure of my order a year ago? 😁
